_Georgia Alpaca FiberFest

There are two options for accommodations at the Georgia Alpaca FiberFest.  The first option is a room at the inn which is conveniently located adjacent to the conference center.  The second option is to stay at a cottage tucked away in the woods about a mile to mile and a half from the conference center.  The cottages can easily be shared by 4 people.  Whichever you choose, be sure to mention that you are with the Georgia Alpaca FiberFest to get your special rate.

Room Fees include:  Accommodations, admission into the Gardens, in room daily coffee service, phone access charges, internet services, complimentary parking, and admission to Fitness Center.


Reservations must be made by August 13, 2013 to get the discounted rate

Mountain Creek Inn and Conference Center

The charming Mountain Creek Inn features 323 comfortable guest rooms and suites, all tastefully appointed. The block of rooms reserved for the Georgia Alpaca FiberFest are $119 per night. 

Mountain Creek Inn’s room plans feature your choice of king or double beds, complimentary parking, spacious bathrooms, high-speed internet, and cable T.V. You’ll also enjoy Callaway Gardens’ largest outdoor pool , and a children's pool (1 foot depth). Choose from a number of breathtaking views of Callaway Gardens. The Gardens View rooms overlook the pool or the wide, velvet-green Great Lawn.

Mountain Creek Inn is affordable luxury, conveniently located nearby many of Callaway Gardens’ sights and attractions. Mountain Creek Inn is within easy walking distance to Mountain Creek Lake, dining at one of The Plant Room’s three daily buffets, or unwinding at the Vineyard Green Lounge with a drink and a light meal. Shop for souvenirs at the Inn Store, or for the latest in tennis wear and equipment at Mountain Creek Tennis Center.  Mountain Creek Inn’s 31,000 sq. ft conference center offers 27 on-site conference rooms and an adjacent outdoor meeting area.

The Southern Pine Cottages


The 155 two-bedroom cottages are always a popular choice for families or small groups. A relaxing and private place to stay, the cottages offer spacious living and dining areas, fireplaces, screened porches and decks.  The cottages would be an excellent choice for 4 people to share, or one bedroom and bath can be locked off from the rest of the cottage.  There is also a pool and laundromat available for use by Southern Pine Cottage guests.

COST PER COTTAGE PER NIGHT  $270 (includes two bedrooms with two queen beds and two baths, a fully appointed kitchen, living room, and dining room, screened porch and decks)
